My Approach
I believe in the concept of Peace before Perfection. Youth athletes often feel pressure to be perfect in every aspect of their sport, but the reality is that perfection is an impossibility. The best athletes at the highest levels are not perfect; they are simply the ones who commit themselves to improving every day while accepting the flaws that make them human. Growth comes from consistency, self-awareness, and resilience.. not from chasing an unrealistic standard. My goal in all of this is to create an environment where athletes can compete, learn, and develop with confidence, while understanding that progress is built through effort, reflection, and a willingness to improve one day at a time.
Services
2-Hour Complete Player Development Session
This extended session combines basketball skill development with strength and conditioning work. Athletes will train ball handling, shooting, finishing, defensive movement, and game situations along with speed, agility, and explosiveness training.
1.5-Hour Private Basketball Training Session
A longer session that allows for deeper skill work and more live reps. Training includes advanced ball handling, shooting development, finishing moves, footwork, and situational reads. This session allows athletes to build game conditioning while refining key skills.
Legacy Athlete 2-Hour Complete Player Development Session
Please do not book this session unless you have received Legacy status confirmation. Any bookings made by non-Legacy clients will be refunded. This extended session is available exclusively to Legacy athletes and combines basketball skill development with strength and conditioning training. Athletes will train ball handling, shooting, finishing, defensive movement, and game situations along with speed, agility, and explosiveness training. Legacy athletes receive: • Priority scheduling • Preferred pricing on private training sessions and development packages • Invitations to exclusive group training sessions • Free quarterly skill evaluations • Film breakdown sessions How to Earn Legacy Status: Athletes can qualify for legacy pricing by completing one of the following: • Completing three full training packages OR • Training two times per week for six consecutive weeks (12 sessions minimum) Requirements include: • No more than 1 missed session per week during the qualifying period • Consistent effort, communication, and coachability Requirements to Maintain Legacy Status: • Minimum 6 sessions per month • No more than 2 missed sessions per month without notice • Continued effort and coachability
