- Complete a coach profile (bio, certifications, headshot photo, address)
- Complete a parent profile (name, phone number, address)
- Add athlete profiles (first name, last name, birth year, sports, medical notes, emergency contact information)
- Make a booking or payment (payment card information is processed by Stripe and not stored on our servers)
- Send messages through our in-app messaging system

Information Collected Automatically
When you access the Service, we may automatically collect:
- Device information (browser type, operating system)
- Log data (IP address, access times, pages viewed)
- Cookies and similar tracking technologies used for authentication and session management
Information from Third-Party Services
If you sign in using Google OAuth, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google. We do not access your Google contacts, calendar, or other Google services.

- Process bookings and payments between parents and coaches
- Send booking confirmations, session reminders, and other transactional communications
- Facilitate in-app messaging between parents and coaches

3. How We Share Your Information
We may share your information in the following situations:
- Between coaches and parents: When a booking is made, coaches can see parent and athlete profile information relevant to the session (name, phone number, athlete details including medical notes and emergency contacts). Parents can see coach profile information, phone number, and credentials.
- Payment processing: Payment information is shared with Stripe to process transactions. Coaches receive payments through Stripe Connect.
- Background check providers: If a coach opts into background checks, limited personal information may be shared with our background check service provider.
- Service providers: We may share information with third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf (email delivery, SMS notifications, hosting).
- Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
- Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
4. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information. These include encryption in transit (TLS/SSL), secure authentication, and access controls.
